Shredding leaves slimming woods keep on;
The waning Moon and the morning breeze, where have they gone?
With little news and light on high, we're out of touch.
Mutual yearning tonight -- O There is much!
Autumn drizzle, Autumn drizzle,
Away by the west wind half's been blow' !

納蘭性德 （1655－1685），滿族人，字容若，號楞伽山人，是清代最為著名的詞人之一。 他的詩詞不但在清代詞壇享有很高的聲譽，在整個中國文學史上，也以 “納蘭詞” 在詞壇佔有光采奪目的一席之地。 他生活於滿漢融合的時期，其貴族家庭之興衰具有關聯於王朝國事的典型性。 他雖侍從帝王，卻嚮往平淡的經歷。 這一特殊的生活環境與背景，加之他個人的超逸才華，使其詩詞的創作呈現獨特的個性特徵和鮮明的藝術風格。 流傳至今的
