     歸舟横渡夕陽前

     情鎖彎刀春雨绵

     不見紅霞只見月

     琴音逐浪自涼天

One by one, each boat returning

In front of the setting Sun’s crossing.

The curved sword‘s entangled 

                                                in Love’s net;

Spring rains still falling: everything’s wet.

No more be seen the glowing clouds red,

Only the bright Moon there instead.

Chasing the waves are the qin’s 

                                              sad tunes;

As the temperature falls cool it turns.
