The Beijing soaked-in-a-blood-bath representing,
The human race's Spirit of Freedom symbolizing --
At the Avenue of Eternal Peace
I dug out a piece from the Berlin wall --
From China I helped to end the Cold War for all,
In that early crimson morning
When funeral bells were tolling!
