        秋林半綠映紅間，

        宿樹歸鴉遠霧山。

        流水野烟村寂寂，

        悠悠暮鳥逐雲閒。

All the Autumn woods are half green, each with red bands seen;

Crows drowsy return to trees ‘neath far’way hills foggy.

Stream and country smoke flow free beside the village lonely;

Leisurely, the evening birds the clouds a-chasing.
