Willow leaves are like threads many;

Like threads are rains falling gently.

After a lot of rain,

The Spring streams rise to the brims 

again,

Galloping forth like horses with no rein. 

  

蜂也痴，蝶也痴，

蜂蝶紛飛弄舞姿，

紅花壓滿枝。

The bees do it madly;

Butterflies also crazy.

Bees, butterflies -- high and low flying --

Showing off their best styles of dancing.

Peopling the whole branch, red flow’rs a-

blooming!
