Water Lilies --

At edge of water aquamarine
Pink dots overflow;
Where the cool breeze blows
Falling from leaves pearly dew is seen,
Giving birth gentle
To growing ripples.

    Here is my rendition.

    蓮，

    紅粉盈盈碧水邊。

    涼風過，葉露泛漪漣。



    Lotus of clear and clean,
    Scarlet colours by the water of sparkling green,
    Cool breeze sweeps across,
    Emerging leaves fans many a ripple never seen.
