王维 风劲角弓鸣,将军猎渭城。 In strong gusts, horn-tipped bow string was singing, Outside Weicheng, the General went hunting!

风劲(动)角弓鸣,将军猎渭城。
草枯鹰眼急,雪尽马啼轻。
忽过新丰市,还归细柳营。
回看射雕(落雁 失雁)处,千里暮云平。

In strong gusts, horn-tipped bow string was singing,
Outside Weicheng, the General went hunting!
Hunting hawk`s eyes were sharp o'er grass rotting,
Where snows faded horses lightly a-trotting.
Swiftly, our party rode past Xinfeng town,
And on Short Willows Camp was bearing down!
Looking back at where the geese were shot down,
For miles the evening clouds were level, we found.
