天街小雨潤如酥,草色遙看近卻無 Now, all the palace streets are moistened by the smooth-cream-wine drizzles


《初春小雨》 唐 • 韓愈

天街小雨潤如酥,

草色遙看近卻無。
最是一年春好處,

絕勝煙柳滿皇都。
 


註:
1. "酥" 者,"酥酒":古代酒之一種,據說由酥(用牛羊奶制成)與乾薑细末入米酒而成。

2. "小雨潤如酥":小雨雨勢 綿密輕軟,潤物無聲,柔滑如酥酒。

Now, all the palace streets are moistened by the smooth-cream-wine drizzles;
Green hue of the grass from afar can no longer be seen up close.
This is by far the best season of all: Early Spring of the year --
Better than when willows and mists embrace the whole Capital here.
